How this works.

No paywall on the work itself. The app is free. Access to me is free at first, then it isn't. Here's the whole deal, written plain.

The path

  1. 01

    Open the app

It's at bodybykruze.com/app. Add to home screen and it lives on your phone. No app store, no download. Free.

  2. 02

    Start the routine

Full body every day. The day changes how much, how fast, and how hard — easy, reset, volume, tempo, heavy, quick, long. You check it off. The streak grows.

  3. 03

    Try the 72-hour fast

When you're ready. Not day one. The timer has three checkpoints — 24h, 48h, 72h — and a note from me at each. Skip it if you can't yet.

  4. 04

    Message me when stuck

Form questions, food doubts, stuff that's not in the app. First two replies are free. After that you become a member.

  5. 05

Book a call if you need more

Fifteen minutes, video, on Cal. First two calls are free. After that they're paid.

  6. 06

    Come back tomorrow

    That's the whole pitch.

What it costs

Three things. One free, two free until they aren't.

Free

The whole app

Daily routine, streak history, the 72-hour fast tracker, food guide, movement library. No card. No trial that ends. Free as long as the site is up.

Free, then membership

DMs with me

First two messages free. After that you join the membership when it opens — unlimited DMs, priority on questions. Pricing announced when the first cohort starts.

Free, then per session

Coaching calls

First two coaching calls free, fifteen minutes each. After that you book paid sessions one at a time, or roll into the membership when it includes calls. Pricing announced when the first cohort starts.

Book the free call

Specific dollar amounts post when the first member cohort opens. I don't want to guess at numbers before I've coached the people who'll be paying them. If you want first access, drop your email below.

First in line

Tell me when the membership opens.

No spam. One email when paid plans go live, with the price and the first-cohort discount.
